Online Food Safety Qualification Course
Courses run every Tuesday - Start time 9.30 am
And every 2 weeks on a Wednesday evening - Start time 6:30 pm
(Other dates may be available when you register for the course)
Your study resources will be sent to you ahead of your chosen course date.
Allow 2 hours for your course. The webinar will last approximately 1.5 hours with a 30-minute exam afterward.
Who should attend ?
Anyone employed or preparing to be employed in the food industry.
People who work with food in NZ must be able to show they have the skills and knowledge to keep food safe and suitable. No matter what the food business is or what special processes are followed, EVERYONE needs training in the following areas:

This course provides an NZQA Certificate for Unit Standard 20666:
Demonstrate basic knowledge of contamination hazards and control methods used in a food business.*
